How we use and store your data at LEAP Dance
I will NEVER give out any personal data to a 3rd party without your consent.
The people that have access to your information is myself my admin helper and my assistant teacher.
I share data with the Royal Academy of Dance and British Theatre Dance Association when entering the student for exams.
I keep all data on record from the time you join the school to the time you leave.
When you have left the school all data is deleted off our files.
Data is stored only electronically, hand written forms are destroyed once data has been inputted onto our system. All laptops are secure and passworded, only the above persons can access the information.
The reason we collect the data we have is so we can contact you in case of emergency, for class information and organisation, for exam entries and LEAP dance events.
